By accessing or using Suppai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including any mobile applications.

2. Description of Service

Suppai is a language learning application that provides:

• Daily Japanese vocabulary and grammar lessons
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Interactive learning exercises
• Premium subscription features
• Community features and user interactions

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier

Suppai offers a free tier with limited features, including:

• 12 lives per day for learning activities
• Life recovery every 2 hours
• Access to core vocabulary and grammar lessons

Premium Subscription (Suppai Plus)

Premium subscription benefits include:

• 36 lives per day (3x more than free tier)
• Faster life recovery (every 40 minutes instead of 2 hours)
• Access to advanced review features and additional content
• Priority access to new features and content updates
• Ad-free learning experience

Subscription Options

• Monthly subscription with automatic renewal
• Annual subscription with automatic renewal (save up to 48%)
• Prices vary by region and are displayed in your local currency

Payment Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of POTE POTE LAND, LLC. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Educational content, including vocabulary, grammar explanations, and example sentences, are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Content

By posting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that your content does not infringe any third party rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Results from use of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POTE POTE LAND, LLC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POTE POTE LAND, LLC., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the account settings or by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
